Mission: Amidst the ‘Great Resignation’, PwC needed to re-anchor a cynical millennial workforce to the firm's core values. The mission was to transform 3,000+ consultants from passive employees into active mission-aligned collaborators by delivering a once-in-a-career experience focused on growing the person to influence the professional.
Design: I architected ‘The Outside’, a series of 4-day immersive ‘trust-halo’ environments. Moving away from traditional keynotes, we designed a non-linear experience where physical touchpoints reinforced authority and mission. I led the operational systems required to scale this high-fidelity experience across multiple cycles, ensuring premium standards were maintained for every participant.
Impact: Achieved a record-breaking +99.5 NPS and secured the 2023 Mumbrella CommsCon Award for Best Internal Communications.
